We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

A credit card is required to be stored on file for any and all appointments made.

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Failure to provide a 24 hour notice, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

Failure to show up for your scheduled service, will result in 100% charge of the service.
